It has long been assumed that you need to work with a real estate sales agent in order to purchase a Home.  The large real estate agencies and associations spend multi-millions of Dollars each Month on marketing.  They do this in order to convince people that they need a real estate agent in order to purchase a home, but that could not be any further from the truth.

The role of a Professional Real Estate Consultant easily replaces the need for a real estate sales agent, at a fraction of the cost.

For example, a real estate sales agent acting as a “buyers rep" is paid a percentage of the sales price, typically 3%, when the Property Sells.  If an average sales price is $250,000 that would equal a real estate sales agent commission of $7,500.00!!

Although the Seller actually pays this fee, from the proceeds of their sales price, ultimately the Buyer ends up paying for it.  It's hard to believe that the sales agent is looking to negotiate the absolute lowest purchase price, for the Buyer, when it will only lower their commission check?

For example, if the same property sells for $225,000 instead of $250,000 the "buyers’ rep" would earn a commission check of $6,750 instead of $7,500.  In these trying times, earning $750 LESS on a deal is not in the real estate sales best interests.  Once again, it is hard to believe that "buyers’ rep" will negotiate the lowest purchase price when it will significantly lower their pay check.

On the other hand, a Professional Real Estate Consultant absolutely works in the best interests of their  client, the Buyer.
